Behavior classes help participants develop emotionally healthy boundaries and communication skills. After an incident happens, the thought may be “why did I do that?” Exploring negative behavior in a classroom setting may be worth your while.
Learning coping skills can decrease problems with co-workers, family members, parents, and/or children. Healthy coping skills lead to more peaceful interactions with others, better judgment, and more control over negative impulses.
Improving emotional health can be a life-changing experience, with benefits such as:
- The ability to deal with stress and bounce back from adversity
- A sense of meaning and purpose, in both activities and relationships
- The flexibility to learn new things and adapt to change
- A balance between work, play, and rest
- The ability to build and maintain healthy relationships
- Having self-confidence and high self-esteem
There is a stigma associated with getting help for life problems. However, there is also a sense of empowerment in seeking help from trained instructors who care about individuals wanting to make healthy future life choices.
All Behavior Classes are also offered online. Please call us at 402-898-7361 to register for an online class.
