Making Appropriate Decisions for Teens

Course Description:

This class meets the requirements for court-ordered decision-making (under age 18) education. The purpose of this six-hour class is to heighten the consciousness of the negative decision-making which led to legal consequences. Participants learn skills necessary to make future appropriate decisions.

Course Includes:

  • Discussion of value systems vs. actions
  • Exploration of the problem behavior which led to arrest/ticket
  • Making future healthy choices
  • Verbal and non-verbal communication
  • Goal-setting
  • Personal action plan
