Course Description:
This defensive driving course is geared toward the drivers over age 55. Experienced Driver course is designed not only to refresh drivers’ understanding of basic defensive driving techniques and to introduce new collision avoidance skills - but also to cover various techniques drivers can use to help offset the effects of the aging process on driver performance.
Course Includes:
- Pre-trip inspections
- Scanning, cushion of safety, communicating
- Physical changes self-assessment
- Personal health and safety assessment
- Discussion of scenarios
