The ASC curriculum provides an in-depth look at the issues safety professionals face every day and offers proven approaches and solutions. This program will help you learn how to direct your organization's comprehensive safety plan with greater efficiency and success.
Earn the Advanced Safety Certificate by taking Principles of Occupational Safety and Health (POSH) and a minimum of 5.2 CEUs from any of the following electives.

Step 1 - Required:

Step 2 - Electives (Complete 5.2 CEUs/8 days):
- Safety Management Techniques - 2.6 CEUs/4 days
- Safety Training Methods - 2.6 CEUs/4 days
- Fundamentals of Industrial Hygiene - 2.6 CEUs/4 days
- Ergonomics: Managing for Results - 0.65 CEUs/ 1day
- Job Safety Analysis - 0.65 CEUs/1 day
- Safety Inspections - 0.65 CEUs/1 day
- Incident Investigation - 0.65 CEUs/1 day
- Team Safety - 0.65 CEUs/1 day
Note: All course requirements must be completed in a five-year period.
