The National Safety Council, Nebraska has implemented a disaster preparedness plan that was developed to advise our customers of our practices and procedures used to minimize exposure to members, customers and staff. This plan in no way guarantees NSCN’s ability to eliminate exposure of COVID 19; but we will do everything in our power to reduce the risk and protect employees and support our customers as much as possible during this, or any crisis.
While we believe that safety training continues to be a priority to our members, your health and welfare are also paramount. NSCN, in conjunction with our cleaning service, has implemented additional steps to sanitize and disinfect all classrooms, vehicles and office space. As an additional precaution, we ask that if you, or someone from your team, has tested positive or been exposed to COVID 19 that they refrain from visiting our building as it is our desire to keep all of our patrons safe.
Additional cleanning and sanitizing protocol have been implemented throughout our building. To read that protocol, as well as access other resources on COVID-19, please click "Learn More" below.
Distracted driving affects all of us. Whether you have lost a loved one due to a distracted driving crash or been inconvenienced by a fender-bender - it is prevalent in all our lives. Ten lives were lost in Nebraska in 2016 - that number nearly doubled to 19 in 2017. These are real statistics for a real problem.
The National Safety Council, Nebraska proudly serves organizations across Nebraska whose focus is on keeping their employees safe and sending them home everyday. We regularly visit companies and learn about their programs, share information and review access to all the NSCN benefits and have the opportunity to tour their facilities. We'd love to learn more about your company and meet your team. Membership has it's benefits!
