First Aid, CPR & AED - Adult & Pediatric

Course Description:

Learn to recognize and care for both non-life threatening and life-threatening first aid and CPR emergencies in adults, children, and infants. Taking this hands-on, interactive course gives the confidence to react to emergency situations. The curriculum meets the 2015 American Heart Association Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).

Course Includes:

  • Preventing disease transmission
  • Bone, joint, and muscle injuries
  • Bleeding, wound, and burn care
  • Sudden illness
  • Poisoning and allergic reactions
  • Breathing and cardiac emergencies
  • Choking care
  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
  • How to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

Participants receive a nationally recognized NSC Adult, Child, & Infant First Aid, CPR, & certification valid for 2 years. 

First Aid, CPR, Child Care Classes, and Emergency Care Series:

Registration policy: Advanced registration is required. For a full refund or to avoid a rescheduling fee, notice of changes must be given at least 5 business days before the class. A $25 cancellation/rescheduling fee will be issued to changes made within 5 business days prior to class. There are no refunds on no-shows. We reserve the right to cancel a class in advance. In this case, NSCN will provide rescheduling at no fee.
